Podcast tour of New York's media landscape

This year's ONA conference is taking place in the home of the world's media behemoths, many of their offices located just a short jaunt from our hotel. So because we can't resist playing with the latest gadgets, ONA's conference committee is proud to provide conference attendees with a podcast tour of New York's media landscape. Just download the mp3 at our ONA visitors guide site, hosted by New York Newsday at www.nynewsday.com/ona.

Save the file to your favorite digital music player, and when you're here, step outside and follow your host on a fact-filled walk around the area's journalistic landmarks.

Our tour was researched and authored by host Adam Glenn. Adam is a longtime New Yorker and Web consultant, who spent many years as an online journalist with ABCNEWS.com. The tour should take you about an hour, depending on how long you linger at each stop.
