As part of an alliance between ONA and The Media Center, ONA will award fellowships for five members to attend Emerging Policy, Business and Technology for Senior Executives, a Media Center seminar Feb. 8-10 in Palo Alto, CA.
This seminar is for experienced senior executives and thought leaders from organizations of any size and any country. This is a highly interactive small-scale event that will include one-on-one interviews, workshops, issue-driven discussions and focused, high-impact case studies—all with intense attendee participation built in.
Moderated by top industry experts, innovators and leaders from a variety of industry sectors, the program is a chance for a deep-dive look at market changes and issues with the guidance of Media Center faculty and guests on the media/technology vanguard - such as Feedster CEO Scott Rafer.
A series of hands-on workshops on Day 2 will give participants practical understanding of RSS syndication, tracking and ad splicing, corporate and PR blogging, search engine marketing and listings, and uses for social networks and wikis.
